Cannot add new ticket from customers interface

Hi everybody.
I upgraded my OTRS 2.x installation to the latest 3.x.
Everything looks fine: agent interface, ITSM and FAQ are working correctly.
But from customers interface it's impossible to add new tickets.
I get no errors in log files and from web interface : pressing "Accept" button simply nothing happens.
I installed OTRS on a OpenSUSE 11 machine.
