All tickets visible in OTRS Dashboard

All tickets visible in OTRS Dashboard
Hi
In Dashboard of OTRS 3.0.4 all (new, closed,pending, reminder) tickets are visible to Agents.
I want only New and Open tickets should visible. I tried a lot but missing something.
Please help me out to resolve this issue.

You can go to Settings and set the preferences accordingly. If you have already done that, check the permissions.

When you click on Dashboard, you can see Settings to your right hand side. You should be able to uncheck the types of tickets that you don't wanna see in dashboard. HTH?

It is showing only All tickets which fullfill the filter (like pending) and where you have rw permission to the Queue
