Lock time ticket

Hello

How can I stop time in the ticket?? Its possible in OTRS?
What doing LOCK TICKET??

What kind of time you want to stop?


Locking is "taking a ticket to work on it), it prevents that other agents can change some values like priority or queue and send out answers to the customer

The case is no longer valid :)
But I have another problem.
SLA and SERVICE are available, but not work, I can't chose any option, see attachment.
I use OTRS 3.0.10.

you need to assign services to customers or set it as default service
