New fields in the web client interface and time Autoshutdown

Hi.
May be someone can help me. I hope that it is possible to do in some way of config.

1) Is it possible to add new fields that the user-client must fill in web-interface? Display a list of fields to client, depending on the queue or group in which client is (for each queue we have different field in web interface for client)? Or display those fields, which were created, depending on the queue or type, that customer has chosen.Maybe there are some plugins for it.

2) Can I change time of Autoshutdown the ticket? I would like to increase it. OTRS itself will default to automatically close the ticket through the day. Where this period can be changed?

2) Tickets won't close automatically unless you tell it to pending autoclose, and that default is 24 hours.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

2) When I tell it to pending autoclose, how can I change this default value=24 hours, for example to 240 hours.
