Hello!
Gonna move a system from 2.3.4 to 3.0.11 but i will redo all the settings in the SysConfig. The themes and skins are being redone to.
Is all I have to do then:
1. Create a new database
2. restore the data from the 2.3.4 backup to it
3. ./DBUpdate-to-2.4.pl
4. ./DBUpdate-to-3.0.pl
?
2.3.4 to 3.0

You should go to 2.4 then 3.0. You should also read the UPGRADING file.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I've read the UPGRADE online for 3.0.X and according to that:
- i should go from 2.3->2.4->3.0
- "UserSalute" has changed to "UserTitle"
But my thought was to skipp a full two-step install since it is "only" the database that needs to go the two-steps. All the other configs are beeing changed. But you suggest better safe then sorry?
