We have run into an issue with OTRS where the system will take the text in a email and mark it all as a hyperlink. When I actually click on the hyperlink within OTRS it opens a new window/tab of the same ticket. This happens on random occasions and I am not sure why. Has anyone run into or seen this issue before?
Basically all text looks like the following:
Text is being marked as a hyperlink
Except it is also all blue and italicized.
