sir,
i am using otrs 2.4.7. i have more than 25 Queues for my other group companies. for ex: if hav have 25 group companies then 25 queue is there,one for each.
I have added a field Issue Category in agent ticket close view and added all the issues releated to my gropu companies.
when a new ticket comes we route that ticket to respective queue.every company have their own queue and issue category,issue category for all queue is different.
if i hav the access of one queue then i want to display issue category releated to my queue but in agent ticket close view all the issue category for all queue is being display.
how we can display,issue category releated to my queue.

Maybe you can solve this without code changes by using the ACL feature to limit the displayed items.
