I have set up feting email. It works when I click the refresh button.
Is there a way to set this up automatically so it goes and fetches the ticket email every 1 to 2 minutes or something like that.
Also, Is it possible to set up the system that when a ticket comes it should send out emails to all the users (Client / Agents) assigned to those queue / client / Roles?

Thanks for the reply. I was able to resolve this issue.
Changed the parameter on postmaster_mailbox.dist as follows and its now picking up emails every 2 min.

I get the following error every once in a while. But if it runs for more than an hour there is some process which cleans it up. Is there a way to change the clean up to happen in 15 min. or so.

this only happens if the postmaster_mailbox.pl crashes. Have a look in the logfile
