Could not open otrs in vmware

After install otrs , when want to run the interface, a statement came out that " Apache HTTP has stopped working and i can't configure otrs online .
What is the solution for this? Please kindly help on this solution.

restart apache
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
