OTRS 3.0.11 & ITSM 3.0.5 Weboberfläche geht nicht [gelöst]

Hey,

ich habe ein problem mit meiner Weboberfläche, dort kommt folgende Meldung:
"Browser Warnung

Den Browser denn Sie benutzen ist zu alt/veraltet. OTRS funktioniert mit einer großen Auswahl an Browsern, bitte installieren und benutzen Sie einen von diesen. Bitte lesen die Dokumentation oder fragen Sie Ihren Systemadministrator für weitergehende Informationen."

Kann mir bitte jemand helfen?

Hast Du alle Cahces gelöscht?

bin/otrs.LoaderCache.pl -o delete

ja ich habe den Cache gelöscht wie von dir auch vorgeschlagen und die Set.permission ausgeführt hat beides nicht geholfen =(

Edit:
Ich habe einen Snapshot zurück gespielt und das Upgrade noch einmal gemacht, danach die Folgenden Befehle ausgeführt:

bin/otrs.Set.Permission.pl,
bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl,
bin/otrs.DeleteCache.pl,
bin/otrs.CleanUp.pl,
bin/otrs.cleanup
bin/otrs.LoaderCache.pl -o delete

Meine Weboberfläche von OTRS hat nicht das schwarze Layout, sondern ist einfach weis.
ich kann mich nicht auf der index.pl anmelden und bekomme immer noch die Fehlermeldung mit dme veralteten Browser.

Du hast definitiv das set permissions script fehlerhaft ausgeführt, da alle Ordner noch root gehören

Du hast keinen User angegeben. Bitte führ das Script mit der Option -h oder -help aus und folgen den Instruktionen

ausgeführt aber leider immer noch keinen Erfolg

ausgeführt habe funktioniert jetzt alles =)
Liegt wohl dran das ich von /pot/otrs-3.0.11 einen Link auf /opt/otrs gesetzt habe.
