Exchange 2010 server pop 3 connection

Hi All,

My otrs version is 3.0.11 and alreday installed windows 2008 and mssql server.

I am trying to access to postmaster account with (exchange 2010 pop3 account) host:995 , but nothing. How can i add pop3s options to there or How can i access another way?
