Hi All,
Sorry if this appears silly, but I am new to OTRS and please excuse
Question:
- When an end-user sends an update to an already open ticket, Dashboard does not show any notification on the same. It just gets added to existing ticket without any notification. this is really annoying as we do not get to know if an update has come for that particular ticket. We get to know about this only after we go through all the open tickets.. Is there any way we can fix this out.

the star is supposed to indicate updates.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
