OTRS Stopped Auto Fetching New Emails
I installed OTRS about two weeks ago, and when i first got it, if a user sent a email to my helpdesk@company.com OTRS would take the email and open a ticket. Now It stopped fetching those emails. my Emails settings are still correct, because If I manually fetch the emails it will open tickets and my other email account will be notified theres a neew ticket.

check if the cronjobs are running and restart them if needed
