my System: OTRS 3.0.2 on Windows XP SP3.
Problem:
Our Tickets will be generated via E-Mail - so the Sender (Ticket-Creater) will get the Status-Messages (waiting - closed - a.s.o)
Now - for example - i sent an "empty answer" to someone from the Ticket or i relay the ticketcontent to someone the Ticket Creater will be changed
in the background so that now this person will get all Status-Messages for the future (for this ticket).
But i want, that the E-Mail-Sender should get the Status-Messages !!
Can anyone help me?
