GenericAgent.pm not found!

Hi,

I'm getting these error messages on the admin email address I've mentioned in the cron file for getting any cron warnings/alerts.

ERROR: OTRS-otrs.GenericAgent.pl-10 Perl: 5.8.8 OS: linux Time: Tue Sep 20 07:40:02 2011

Message: Module Kernel/Config/GenericAgent.pm not found!

Did you have a look if the file exists? In standard OTRS there is a GenericAgent.pm.dist that has to be copied to GenericAgent.pm. See also the installation instructions at http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/manual- ... -otrs.html
