add customer name to open tickets in Dashboard

Hi,
I would like to simply add the "from Customer" to the open tickets in the Dashboard.
At the moment I see: Priority, read, ticket number, subject and ticket time.

After the ticket time I would like to add the column to see the customer name.

How can I do this?
