Deleteing Tickets

Hi There,

I have enabled the delete tickets submenus in the sysconfig folder in the Admin section of OTRS. It doesnt seem to delete them only ask me to move the ticket to another queue all we want to do is delete the ticket not move it somewhere else is this at all possible.

The delete button will move it to a special queue (whih first needs to be created). You'll need to create a generic agent for ticket deletion for all tickets in this queue
