Integration with other ticketing systems

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone tell me if OTRS supports integration with other ticketing systems? I have found a lot of documentation regarding integration with nagios and other monitoring systems but nothing on integration with other ticketing systems.

Does anyone have experience with this?

Any input provided would be appreciated.
OTRS: 3.0.x, OTRS::ITSM 3.0
OS: CentOS 6.x
