Personal Email Accounts Not Receiving Email from OTRS

Using OTRS 2.4.7. Personal email accounts such as *@blah.rr.com, *@sbcglobal.net, *@bellsouth.net, *@aol.com, etc. are not receiving email sent from OTRS. However, OTRS receives email from these accounts just fine. What could be the problem? Do all of these email services run by ISPS just completely block incoming OTRS mail? The emails are not being put in spam folders either. They appear to be blocked altogether.

It might be blocking due to your sender email address.

are other accounts receiving mails from otrs? How does your mail sending setup looks like?

Other company email accounts receive mail perfectly fine. The email is setup via IMAP. I don't even have trouble sending email from OTRS to personal yahoo, gmail, or hotmail accounts. The only explanation I can think of is that aol, rr.com, bellsouth, etc. are just completely blocking these emails for some reason.

If others receive them everything regarding OTRS Setup looks ok. So it is most likely a mail issue. Consult your mail server admin
