[SOLVED]: CMDB Search
I have made the fields searchable while defining CI, and i could see the searchable elements in search entry drop down.
When i select other element (Add another attribute) other than default entry (Name, Number, Deplystate, Inci State) and press Add entry (button).
It doesnt get added and it shows back to Number (in drop down).
Is there any opton of full text search on CI.
Using: OTRS 3.0.9, Ubuntu.

Re: CMDB Search
This has been implemented in one of our customer few months back.
Any ways will give a try to check this in OTRS 3.0.11 and ITSM 3.0.5.
But have to find solution for existing versions. (OTRS 3.0.9 and ITSM 3.0.4)

well, check all Bug reports and changes between you version and the actual one. You always should run the latest patchlevel version due to security bugs

Hi!
Try removing the spaces in the operators KEY in CI definition. I had a similar error and treated in this way.
