Which firewall ports must be opened for OTRS?

Everybody, Good day!
Sorry for my bad English, it's not my native language.

Please tell me what ports numbers must be opened at firewall for OTRS normall work?

80 for web, 443 for ssl...
OTRS needs to be able to send, so smtp outbound 25.
OTRS may need to fetch ... depending where it needs to get email, that could be all over the map.

No, that's not all.
It's also dynamically opening some ports.

No, it is a web application. So it is served by a webserver (which listens on 80 or 443). For E-mail Communication it depends which protocols are used. Like SMTP, SMTPS,IMAP, IMAPS, POP3 or POP3S
