UAE Arabic fonts along with English characters in pdf statis

Hi,
please help me to configure UAE Arabic fonts along with English characters in pdf statistics reports of OTRS.
our customized report has both English and Arabic fonts and Arabic letters are not generated properly in pdf output.
version OTRS - 3.0.9 (windows installer) OS - windows server 2008.
