Hello Everybody!
Does someone have any experiences with running a disaster recovery and/or a high-availability cluster in respect to OTRS?
ATM I can only think of this:
---------------------------------
1. Shutdown OTRS
2. Take disk Snapshot
3. Power up OTRS
4. Save/Backup disk Snapshot
~5 minutes Offline time depending on the disk performance.
Any other/more sophisticated, hot Ideas?
