Pending tickets reminder
hi i have a question which is normally the agent who has his ticket pending can show up in upcoming events on dashboard .is there any way who can make any other user to see pending tickets and also pending reminders tickets of other agents on thier dashboard.........................

operating system windows 2003 standard sp1
otrs version....3.0.10.......
all modules are installed................
normally if i give the user comple permissions to all the group/queue then it at least shows up open/new tickets which need to be answered regardless which agent created them but pending ones dont show up except your ones
i dont know why ?
did u ever experience this thing
