How to link a ticket to multiple customers

Good morning everyone,

I am currently implementing OTRS on my company but one of the prerequisite for which I haven't found any workaround is the possibility to link a ticket to multiple customers.

I can change the customer of ticket but can I add one? I guess not easily, this is why i posted on that section and not on the 'help section'.

I don't know how to implement this, but this feature should be available in OTRS 3.1 appearing in January, please see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_J41wST ... ature=plcp .

Otherwise or in general please mention your system evironment, especially your current OTRS version of course, as well as operating system and so on.

Thank you for your answer Alexander, also for that interesting video. I just have to wait for the new OTRS version going live then :)

And sorry, I forgot the basics... I'm running the last version of otrs on a windos 2003 server thanks to the fully packaged version (Apache, MySQL, etc)

Just a quick info/update. With this feature you can select more customers for "From" or "To", but finally only the first customer is linked to the ticket (see also in the video the "Ticket-Zoom-View" of the created ticket.
