Good morning everyone,
I'm a new user of OTRS and I'm exploring all the possibilities of the tools and since a few days I'm facing an annoying issue... The mail are fetched without any issue, they diapears from the email box, but no more tickets are created on the system. All was working fine a few days ago. I should have modified something but i have no idea how to resolve it. Does anyone have any leads?
The cron job seems working fine, I tested the mail configuration on a brand new installation of OTRS, it's working fine, I'm really confused...
I'm running the last version of OTRS on windows 2003, I installed it with the full packaged version (MySQL, Apache, etc)
Thanks you in advance !!!

Chances are, you modified/relabelled the default state or priority.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Indeed, thanks to both of you...crythias wrote:Chances are, you modified/relabelled the default state or priority.
Damn, I'm such a noob, at least I found how to change default priority. Really sorry to bother.
