acl for ticketfreekey & ticketfreetext while notification

i would like to enable ticketfreekey & ticketfreetext while giving notification through ACL ..can i get code if possible.....

actually i created ticket throgh customer interface.in the agent interface while giving note i wanted to enable ticketfreekey &t icketfreetext for specific queue.so that the agent belonging to that queue only see that ticketfreekey &t icketfreetext.othe agent(queue )should not see that ticketfreekey &t icketfreetext while giving note. i know throgh ACL it can be solve but i am not getting the right code.so if possible plz post me the code

I think you want to disable display of free text while writing a note? That's in sysconfig.
