Time 30 minutes fast

Post by cory »

Hello all,

OTRS 3.0.11 onDemand

Settings in question:
  • TimezoneUser Yes
    TimeZoneUserBrowserAutoOffset Yes
    Timezone +0
As I understand, this should set the time properly per team member located across multiple timezones in the States. This gets the hour set properly but the timestamps are always (exactly) 30 minutes fast! Maybe we're hosted in one of those countries with +- 30 minutes timezones?
Has anyone here experienced this issue?

Thank you,
cory

For the twenty folks that have viewed this:

Thanks for not adding "me too" or other equally useless comments.

To the point:
This time shift has a really strange side effect of rolling my stat runs back by one day each time it is executed. For example, If I run from 10/01/2011 through today, the next run will be 9/29/2011 and the next will be 9/28/2011.

I'm guessing this is because the 30 minutes early-ness pushes everything back to 11:30 PM. Thought I'd share more info to get some more hits on this problem before I submit a ticket with OTRS helpdesk.

Thanks
