Hi

I am using OTRSE version 3.0.8. How to disable Agent Notification (not notification event).

what kind of notification would you like to disable?
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

agents can choose not to be alerted in their own preferences. Customers can do likewise, and you can choose not to have autoresponses attached to queues.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
