Otrs 3.0.9
If a ticket is unlocked and an agent wants to change the priority, the ticket gets locked to him and he is set as owner. This however doesn't happen when changing the customer in the ticket?
Also just by opening the priority window of the ticket gets locked to the agent without even changing the priority. Even when clicking close window without any change the ticket stays locked to the agent.
Any ideas? This looks like a bug to me.
