Hi,
please help me on below issue.
if customer creates a new ticket, we need to send a notification ( acknowledgement) email to customer.
to achieve this i did following things , but it is not working.
Admin - > Notification events - > add notification.
selected below options
Recipient groups: Customer
Event - Ticket create and Ticket subscribe
and provided subject and text.
but no email is sending to customer.
Note: but other notifications are working fine for customer ( ticket state change, owner change etc)
we are using OTRS 3.0.5 version.
please help me on this issue.
