I am a newbie to the system and not an IT person fundementally.
The IT guy in charge of the system has left all of sudden and by default it came to me (I just have participated in defining the qeues and escaltion on this instalation 1 year ago).
So i find myself at the 'Mercy' of you guys to describe me a step by step so that i get the basic OTRS and ITSM to the Latest version. A thnaks in advance to read futher please
The system is installed on Windows XP machine, with the Appache and MySQL.
I think of myself as only semi dumb and hope to follow some of the complex steps you may post here.
