Hi,
created a notification event for the following scenarios.
1) customer or agent added comments 2) Ticket state changed 3) Ticket SLA Changed 4)Ticket Service changed 5) Ticket priority update 6) ticket owner changed
for all above scenarios created only one single generic event.
on click of agent priory zoom, if i changed all above mentioned events, i am getting multiple notification emails.
is it possible to make it single notification email instead of multiple emails?
Even after changing ticket state , in my notification email showing old state. help me how to fix this.
i used following tag to display ticket state in notification message.
Status : <OTRS_TICKET_State>
please help me on above two issues.
