Hi. I noticed that the age column in my searches and dashboard seem to ignore the ticket state and just show the age of the ticket from creation to now. Is there a way to tweak it so it only shows the age of the ticket at the time it was last closed?

I tried to search, but the search feature won't let me search on "age" since it's < 4 chars long heh.

Unfortunately, no. The age of a ticket is defined as time since creation.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
