Email Ticket raising issue

Hai

After changing the DNS & Nameserver the following error is displayed when an email ticket is raised

Help out is getting this resolved

check the logs of your mail server. This error is provided because OTRS can not send an email. This is most likely because of wrong setup, wrong setup of the mail server and sometimes because of network issues
