We have implemented OTRs at my company and now the users are requesting to add a few new fields to the Tickets.
What I need to do is:
- Add a new fields (Internal Status) that will be a Dropdown field to tickets
- And Add a couple new boolean fields (checkbox based) to tickets
Then I will need to:
- Change the Dashboard to show the stored values of these new fields
- Add the possibility to search for these new fields also
Any tips on how to accomplish this would be much appreciated. I'm a experienced developer (not in Pearl but that should not be a problem
