OTRS allows simultaneous logins with single user ID. how can we disable it.
Agents/Customers stored in MySQL Blackened.

Do you wish to prevent the second logon or force disconnect the first one?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I don't know if this thread is too old to comment on this, but I am also interested in achieving this. The user should not be able to login from a diferent machine at the same time. Is that posible. Has anyone done this.
