Apache 2.2 stürzt ab

Hallo OTRSler
Habe jetzt schon öfter das Problem gehabt, dass mein OTRS nicht erreichbar war.
Dann hilft nur per remote auf den rechner zu gehen und otrs neu zu starten.
Dann beendet er ja die einzelnen Applikationen und startet diese neu.
Sobald er nun zum Apache2.2 kommt, steht da apache is not startet.

Was kann ich tun damit das nicht ständig passiert?

Steht doch eigentlich dort :

Process exiting because it reached MaxRequestsPerChild.

Erhoehe die MaxRequestsPerChild und gut ist.

Ja wenn mir jetzt noch einer erklärt wie das geht ist ok

Bin leider absoluter Newbie was Apache und MySQL usw. angeht.
Nen paar Anfängertipps wären ganz hilfreich.

Bringt Dir zum Beispiel das hier :

Habe die max requests jetzt erhöht aber keine Wirkung Meldung kommt immernoch hat zwar 2 Tage gehalten jetzt aber jetzt ist er wieder abgestürzt.

EDIT: An alle, die ebenfalls OTRS 2.1.7 unter Windows XP verwenden: Welche Apache Version benutzt ihr und stürzt dieser bei euch auch immer ab?

MaxRequestsPerChild auf 0 setzen

nicht nur im httpd.conf, sondern auch im apache2-httpd-new.include.conf welches im OTRS\scripts Folder zu finden ist.

Changes:

In case that the maximum amount of requests (currently 400)
"MaxRequestsPerChild" is reached, Apache2 should have
dropped the child process in order to create a new one.
Due to an error within ActivePerl Package (Version 5.8.8.820)
the creation of a new child process failed. Apache2 stopped
itself with an error message, "Failed to create the child
process".
