Dear forum,
Is there any solution for integrating OTRS with bugzilla?
I am looking for a simple way to :
1. Open a bug from OTRS and add the ability to change some custom bugzilla fields
2. After closing the bug , update the ticket in OTRS.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
