ShowclosedTickets on Customer.pl page

Hi everyone, originally I recall this function to work properly and our clients were pleased to use it.

Down the road we made some changes and at some point this function decided to stop working. Right now it is always showing Closed tickets regardless of the option selected. I have reverted the few small changes we made that could potentially impact this function but I doubt they could of caused problem.

Anyhow ... I'm trying to figure what is required for this option to work on the Customer.pl page ??

Anyone encountered this problem in the past ??
