OTRS 3.0.X und openNMS

Hallo,

es gibt eine Möglichkeit OTRS und openNMS zusammenarbeiten zu lassen.

Leider geht dies über mein Können hinaus. Hat einer von euch das schon durchgeführt und kann mit weiterhelfen?

Die entsprechende OTRS Schnittstelle wurde nicht auf OTRS 3.0 portiert

To get the current OpenNMS-1.2.0 package to work with version 3.0.x of OTRS, the .sopm file of the OpenNMS-1.2.0 source package needs to be amended with this addition and the package built.

You can check out the source into a local git repo with:

Nur damit komme ich nicht zurecht.

Okay ich habe mir von der Seite http://sourceforge.net/projects/opennms ... tegration/ nun das 1.2.0 .opm Package geladen und im Editor das Framework angepasst. Nun konnte ich das Paket ohne Probleme in OTRS installieren.

Mal schauen ob ich es zum laufen bekomme. Ich halte euch auf dem laufenden.
