Help in Configuring LDAP and Single SignOn

Hi,
we are a small company based in India. We dont have any skills writing scripts but we need to use OTRS for our helpdesk function. I request help in the following.

1. Writing a custom script to user LDAP and use AD users to be able to log into OTRS ( We use the domain company.local, with dc1.company.local being our LDAP server and company/superuser being the adminstrator with password as india

2. Write a config script to allow Single Sign on for AD users with the above settings

3. Is it possible to configure OTRS in such a way, that all e-mails from a specific domain (e.g. *@otrs.org) are automatically assigned to a customer OTRS ?

I would be glad if anyone can help me with this

Thats all possible via simple configuration. Please use the search in the forum, have a look in the wiki (wiki.otrs.org), have a look at the FAQ (faq.otrs.org) and read the admin docu (docs.otrs.org)

Thanks ton for the reply. Unfortunately i have tried the same. Since we have no knowledge of scripting, we are unable to create the rught scripts. When we tried to write the config into the config.pm file, OTRS stopped working. Could someone please guide with a modified config.pm file based on the information posted above

There are lot of working examples in this forum. It seems that commercial support will be the most suitable option for you
