We have been using OTRS for close to six months now, and it seems that a good number of recipients will randomly receive emails without attachments. Has anyone else noticed this issue, is there a different X-Header in OTRS that could make the recipients system see our emails as SPAM or having malicious content. Since the recipient receives the email, I know that it is delivered but there must be something that is causing the recipients to flag the emails when they are delivered and removing the attachments. We can send emails to the same recipients through Outlook and never have the issue, it only occurs when it is sent through OTRS. Which means oftentimes we will have to send the message again using Outlook. This issue has really affected our trust in using the system as we are never sure if attachments will be received, usually our attachments contain time-sensitive material which makes it even more of an issue.
I have submitted this issue as a bug, but wanted to see if anyone else has seen this happen on their instance of OTRS.
Also, is anyone seeing an issue where the text is incredibly small when an email reaches the recipient, again this happens randomly. It will appear normally in OTRS but when it reaches the recipient the text decrease to what appears to be close to a 6 point font size.
Thanks for your help.
