Closed Tickets Still in Open View

Post by wizzbangca »

If a ticket is closed, shouldn't the ticket move to the "Closed" view instead of staying in the "Open" view?

Looks like only the "merged" state tickets that are closed are going into the closed queue, nothing else. All the tickets that are closed have a state of closed-successful or closed-unsuccessful. Also, all the closed tickets are still showing up in the queue view, even though the tickets are finished, and, as far as I know, shouldn't be there when closed.

I don't get it. Still going on and can't find anything in sysconfig that even hints at where closed tickets should show. The closed tickets are starting to interfere with the open tickets in the queue view.
