Multiple Customers in Customer Search

Dear Community

Can anybode explain me where i can set a parameter that only one customer is allowed per ticket?

I've working with OTRS 3.1.0.beta3 on centOS 5.5

For explanation please take a look to the attached screenshot.

There will be only one customer assigned to this Ticket.

The others will receive the auto reply and the E-Mail answers.

This is a feature and can not be switched off

Thanks again for your fast answer! Hmmm ok i thought that is was a feature, but we don't need this (at least at the moment).
So i think it will confuse our agents more than it will help.

Thank you anyway, maybe it can be switched off in the future.
