Last Update description

Hi everyone,

I need create a report wich shows the ticket last update detail (update description).
I already create a report whose shows the last update date but I can`t take the update description.
If I could create a report whose brings me this information, that would make me spend less time.
I wouldn`t need enter into each ticket to check this information one by one.

anybody has some hint?
