Hi,

I would like to know if the OTRS will be updated soon? I am not comfortable using latest version.

OTRS new version 3.1 will be released next week, Feb 14.

if you are using a beta or a RC right now -> these are Beta and Test Releases not intentend for production use
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
