GenericAgent.pm not found

Hi,
i'm getting this error in log file wheni try to create new statistic, the file is located in \otrs\Kernel\Config\GenericAgent.pm
[Error][C:/OTRS/bin/otrs.GenericAgent.pl][110] Module Kernel/Config/GenericAgent.pm not found!

i get this messeges from the webpage:
Unable to get value of the property "FormatGraphSizeRelation": object is null or undefined.
anonymous type error: unable to get value of the property "FormatGraphSizeRelation: object is null or undefined"}

any ideas ?

This file is not available: Kernel/Config/GenericAgent.pm

GenericAgent.pm exist and is in right place.

This error is because of not existing file!

By the way GenericAgent is not belonging to statistics or reports
