Implement feature AgentTicketEmail (field from,cc,bcc)

Hi, is possible to implement this feature (in 3.1.x) in AgentTicketEmail, AgentTicketPhone to OTRS 3.0.11? I mean fields from,cc,bcc.

no, just migrate to 3.1 after final release

Migration from 3.0.11 to 3.1 is fully compatible (I use MySQL database)? It will be without any problems?
