Postmaster Mail Account > Queue

I have an email account configured under Admin > Postmaster Mail Accounts.

The Queue field is set to a Queue I have named "IS". When I send a test email to this account, OTRS picks it up but it places it in a Queue labled JUNK instead of the one I have selected. Any ideas?

did you also select that mails should go to the queue?

Nope! I changed the 'Dispatching" field to 'Dispatching By Selecting Queue' and that seemed to do it.
